CHAP. 1066.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Kate Lane Townes, widow of Colonel Robert R. Townes.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Kate Lane Townes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Kate Lane Townes, widow of Colonel Robert R. Townes, late chief of staff of Fifteenth Army Corps, commanded by Major-General John A. Logan, United States Army, upon the pension-roll, subject to the rules and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 29, 1890.
