CHAP. 1063.— An Act granting a pension to Mary Welsh.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Welsh.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Welsh, widow of Thomas Welsh, late a member of Company G, One hundred and fifty-first Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, in the late war for the suppression of the Southern rebellion. Approved, September 29, 1890.
