CHAP. 1062.— An Act granting a pension to W. H. ObrienSeptember 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W. H. Obrien.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of W. H. Obrien, of Tennessee, late a private of the Fourth Tennessee Infantry, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and restrictions of the pension laws. Approved, September 29, 1890.
