CHAP. 1061.— An Act granting a pension to Jonas H. Keen.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jonas H. Keen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to inscribe on the pension-roll the name of Jonas H. Keen, of Carter County, Tennessee, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
