CHAP. 1059.— An Act granting a pension to John Mann.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Mann.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of John Mann, late private in Company D. First Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension of eight dollars a month, said Mann being in the military service of the United States during the period of the Mexican war. Approved, September 29, 1890.
