CHAP. 1058.— An Act granting a pension to Rachel Barnes.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rachel Barnes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel Barnes, widow of William Barnes, late a private in Company I, Second United States Infantry, a soldier of the Florida war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
