CHAP. 1056.— An Act granting a pension to Fletcher Galloway.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fletcher Galloway.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Fletcher Galloway (insane), late a private in Company I), Thirteenth Illinois Infantry, at the rate of forty dollars per month, said pension to be paid to the guardian of the soldier. Approved, September 29, 1890.
