CHAP. 1054.— An Act granting a pension to Barney McArdle.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Barney McArdle.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of an act granting pensions to the soldiers and sailors of the Mexican war, Vol. p. 871.and for other purposes, approved January twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, the name of Barney McArdle, a private soldier in Colonel Jackson's Georgia regiment in the war with Mexico. Approved, September 29, 1890.
