CHAP. 1052.— An Act granting a pension to Levi H. Naron.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Levi H. Naron.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Levi H. Naron, late a Captain and chief of scouts in the United States Army during the late war, in the Department of the Mississippi, and pay him a pension at the rate he would be entitled to had he been regularly mustered into service as a captain. Approved, September 29, 1890.
