CHAP. 1051.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Delphina P. Walker.September 29, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Delphina P. WalkerPension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he hereby is. authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Delphina P. Walker, stepmother of Melvin F. Walker, late a private in Company B. Ninth Regiment Maine Volunteers, and pay her twelve dollars per month. Approved, September 29, 1890.
