CHAP. 1039.— An Act for the relief of Frank A. Lee.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank A. Lee.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Frank A. Lee. of New Orleans, Louisiana, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred dollars, it being the amount of one note of one hundred dollars of the Republic of Texas: *Provided*, That the said Lee shall first surrender said note toProviso.To surrender Texas note. the Secretary of the Treasury.
