CHAP. 1038.— An Act granting an increase of pension to James H. Vosburgh.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. Vosburgh.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of James H. Vosburgh. late private Company H Forty-ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, to fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, September 27, 1890.
