CHAP. 1036.— An Act granting an increase of pension to James B. Reed.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*,James B. Reed.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Moses Graham, who was a private soldier in Company A, commanded by Captain H. W. Taylor, in the First Regiment, of Arkansas Mounted Volunteers, commanded by Colonel A. Yell, in the war with Mexico, with an increase of pension to the amount of twenty dollars per month. Approved, September 27, 1890.
