CHAP. 1031.— An Act restoring Rebecca Young to the pension-rolls.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Rebecca Young.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls the name of Rebecca Young, surviving widow of James Herald, late of the United States Navy, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 27, 1890.
