CHAP. 1030.— An Act increasing the pension of Nelson Rich.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nelson Rich.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension to forty dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws providing for the payment of pensions to those afflicted with blindness, of Nelson Rich, late a private in Company D, Third Michigan Infantry. Approved, September 27, 1890.
