CHAP. 1029.— An Act to pension Mathew Lambert for service in the Indian war.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mathew Lambert.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and direct to place on the pension-roll the name of Mathew Lambert, of Champaguolle, Union County, Arkansas, who served in Captain Sander’s company of Alabama Volunteers, Indian war eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, September 27, 1890.
