CHAP. 1027.— An Act granting a pension to Lucinda Rawlingson.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucinda Rawlingson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucinda Rawlingson, widow of Thomas J. Lindsay, late a soldier in the war of eighteen hundred and thirty- two, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, September 27, 1890.
