CHAP. 1024.— An Act granting a pension to Clark StewartSeptember 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Clark Stewart.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed and instructed to place upon the pension-rolls the name of Clark Stewart, late a private in Company D, Fifteenth Illinois Volunteers, at the rate of forty dollars a month, on account of total blindness, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving Approved, September 27, 1890.
