CHAP. 1022.— An Act granting a pension to Isaac Riseden.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac Riseden.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Isaac Riseden on the pension-rolls and pay him a pension as first lieutenant Company E, Eleventh Regiment Tennessee Cavalry. Approved, September 27, 1890.
