CHAP. 1021.— An Act granting a pension to John A. Johnson.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John A. Johnson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John A. Johnson, late major of Sixth Regiment Kansas Cavalry Volunteers and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the one he is now receiving. Approved, September 27, 1890.
