CHAP. 102.— An Act for the relief of Daniel V. O'Leary.April 19, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel V, O’Leary.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, directed to reimburse, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand five hundred and thirty-six dollars and sixty cents to Daniel V. O’Leary, postmaster at Albany, New York, for postage-stamps and postal funds stolen from the post-office at said city April twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight Approved, April 19, 1890.
