CHAP. 1019.— An Act granting a pension to Margaret Pratt.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Représentâtives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret Pratt.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Margaret Pratt, mother of Eugene A. Pratt, late a private in Company H, Eighty-seventh Regiment Indiana Infantry Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 27, 1890.
