CHAP. 1017.— An Act granting a pension to Maryett Vaille.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Maryett Vaille.Pension. That the Secretary of Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Mrs. Maryett Vaille on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States, as the widow of Virgil L. Vaille, deceased, a soldier of Company I, Tenth Massachusetts Regiment, in the war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one to eighteen hundred and sixty-five Approved, September 27, 1890.
