CHAP. 1016.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against Almon R. Tobey.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Almon R. Tobey.Military record cor rated. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to remove from the records of the War Department the charge of desertion standing against Almon R. Tobey, late a private in Company I, Fifteenth Regiment Maine Infantry Volunteers, and substitute therefor discharged on February first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, from military service by civil process on account of being under the age of eighteen years.
