CHAP. 1013.— An Act correcting the military history of David A. Parkhurst.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David A. Parkhurst.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of David A. Parkhurst, late of Company A. First Michigan Sharpshooters, so as to relieve him of the charge of desertion of date September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Proviso.*No pay, etc.*Provided*, That such correction shall give him no claim for pay or allowance for the time he was absent from his command.
