CHAP. 1011.— An Act granting a pension to Jessie Benton Fremont.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jessie Benton Fremont.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jessie Benton Fremont, widow of the late John C. Fremont, a major-general of the United States Army, and pay her a pension, from the passage of this act, at the rate of two thousand dollars per annum. Approved, September 27, 1890.
