CHAP. 1010.— An Act granting a pension to Ellen M. McClellan.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen M. McClellan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen M. McClellan, widow of the late George B. McClellan, a major-general of the United States Array, and pay her a pension, from the passage of this act, at the rate of two thousand dollars per annum. Approved, September 27, 1890.
