CHAP. 1007.— An Act for the relief of Asher W. Foster.September 27, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Asher W. Foster.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove from the records of the War Department the charge of desertion now standing thereon against the name of Asher W. Foster, late quartermaster-sergeant of Company G of the Fourteenth Indiana Volunteers. Approved, September 27, 1890.
