CHAP. 989.— An Act for the relief of Emanuel H. Custer.September 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emanuel H. Custer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Emanuel H. Custer, dependent father of Thomas W. Custer, who was a captain in Company C. Seventh United States Cavalry, subject to the provisions and limitations of pension laws, and pay to him a pension of fifty dollars a month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, September 6, 1888.
