CHAP. 980.— An Act to increase the pension of Charles S. Baker.September 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles S. Baker.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Charles S. Baker, late a private of Company B. Seventy-second Regiment New York State Volunteers, to forty-five dollars per month in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, September 6, 1888.
