CHAP. 98.— An Act granting a pension to Malinda Vest.April 13, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Malinda Vest.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malinda Vest, widow of William Vest, late a private in Company F, of the Seventh Regiment of Provisional Enrolled Missouri Militia, and to pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, April 13, 1888.
