CHAP. 979.— An Act to increase the pension of Martin McLaughlin, a survivor of the Mexican war, and late a private in Company D, Third United States Infantry.September 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martin McLaughlin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Martin McLaughlin, a survivor of the Mexican war. and late a private in Company D, Third United States Infantry, to twenty-five dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, September 6, 1888.
