CHAP. 973.— An Act granting a pension to Fidel Gates.September 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fidel Gates.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Fidel Gates, late a private in Company G, Ninety-third Regiment Indiana Volunteers. Approved, September 6, 1888.
