CHAP. 972.— An Act granting a pension to Philip Neuman.September 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Philip Neuman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed place on the pension-roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Philip Neuman, late of Company H, Eighth Kentucky Cavalry. Approved, September 6, 1888.
