CHAP. 96.— An act granting an increase of pension to Margaret S. Heintzehnan.January 22, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret S. Heintzelman. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Margaret S. Heintzehnan. widow of Major-General Samuel P. Heintzehnan, deceased, and pay her a pension at the rate of one hundred dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act, in lieu of fifty dollars per month provided for in the act of Congress approved December twenty-third, eighteen hundred Vol. 81, p. 692.and eighty.
