CHAP. 953.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Nancy E. Spencer.September 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nancy E. Spencer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws; the name of Nancy E. Spencer, widow of Charles L. Spencer, late of Company H. Forty-seventh Regiment Iowa Infantry Volunteers. Approved, September 6, 1888.
