CHAP. 950.— An Act granting a pension to Sarah J. Fraily.September 6, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah J. Fraily.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Sarah J. Fraily. as widow of Shepherd Fraily. late a private Company D. Forty-eighth Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws.
