CHAP. 95.— An act increasing the pension of Mrs. Elizabeth G. Scott.January 22, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth G. Scott. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Goodale Scott, widow of Robert N. Scott, deceased, late lieutenant-colonel Third United States Artillery, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the amount now received by law. Approved, January 22, 1889.
