CHAP. 946.— An Act to increase the pension of Joseph F. Garrett.September 3, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph F. Garrett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of Joseph F. Garrett, who was a soldier in Spy Battalion, Fourth Illinois Regiment, in the Black Hawk war, and pay him a pension of twenty dollars per month. Approved, September 3, 1888.
