CHAP. 941.— An Act granting a pension to Flora Heath.September 3, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Flora Heath.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls the name of Flora Heath, an invalid daughter of Samuel Heath, late a private of Company C, Third Regiment of Indiana Cavalry, in the war of the rebellion, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, September 3, 1888.
