CHAP. 94.— An act for the relief of Jesse Durnell.January 21, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jesse Durnell Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Jesse Durnell, of Effingham, Illinois, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand two hundred and thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents, being the amount due him for seventeen and one-half months difference in pay bet ween that of first-class and second-class pilot in the Mississippi Squadron.
