CHAP. 934.— An Act for the relief of John J. Coughlin.August 29, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Keyes P. Cool.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Keyes P. Cool, a private in Captain G. Spencer’s Company of Vermont Militia in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, from eight to forty dollars per month, in accordance with the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, August 29, 1888.
