CHAP. 926.— An Act for the relief of Joseph W. McClurg.August 27, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph W. McClurg.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to Joseph W. McClurg, of Missouri, the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full payment and satisfaction of all claim for goods, wares, and merchandise and supplies furnished officers and men in military service of the United States in the late war of the rebellion under said McClurg as colonel by the firm of Tobert and Company, of which company said McClurg is sole surviving member.
