CHAP. 921.— An Act granting a pension to Caspar Blanke, of Portland, Oregon.August 27, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Caspar Blanke.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Caspar Blanke, of Portland, Oregon, late of Company C. Fourteenth Regiment United States Infantry, at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month. Approved, August 27, 1888.
