CHAP. 918.— An Act granting a pension to William Kelsey.August 27, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Kelsey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Kelsey, late of Company G, Sixth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension of fourteen dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, August 27, 1888.
