CHAP. 905.— An Act for the relief of William Gray.August 21, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Gray.Honorable discharge to. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to William Gray, late a private in Company F. Sixteenth Regiment, of Michigan Volunteer Infantry, a certificate of honorable discharge, to bear date the day and year in which such regiment was mustered out of the military service. Approved, August 21, 1888.
