CHAP. 9.— An Act to grant an American register to the foreign-built bark “Nordstjernen.”February 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,“Nordstjernen.” That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue an American ‘register to the foreign-built bark “ Nordstjernen,”American register to foreign-built bark. wrecked or disabled in or near the waters of the United States and towed into a port thereof, said vessel having been condemned and ordered to be sold, and bought by citizens of the United States, by whom said vessel has been repaired at an expense of more than five-sixths of the present cost thereof.
