CHAP. 896.— An Act granting a pension to the widow and minor children of Patrick Frawley.August 14, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Patrick Frawley.Pension to widow and minor children. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the names of the widow and minor children of Patrick Frawley, late a private in Company C, Tenth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, subject to the limitations and restrictions of the pension laws.

[Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, 1163 and not having been returned by him to the housed Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
