CHAP. 889.— An Act granting increase of pension to Allen Blethen.August 13, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Allen Blethen.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Allen Blethen, late of Company H, One hundred and twenty-fourth Ohio Volunteers, and pay him at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, August 13, 1888.
