CHAP. 88.— An act granting a pension to Joseph Rosier.January 18, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph Rosier. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Joseph Rosier, a private in Captain Tripp’s company, Colonel Brisbane’s regiment, South Carolina Volunteers, in the Florida and Seminole war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six. on the pension-roll, at the rate of twenty dollars per mouth from the passage of this act. Received by the President January 7, 1889.
